How to Unpair an Apple Watch: A Step-by-Step Guide

Unpairing your Apple Watch is an essential step when you need to sell, give away, or simply reset your device. It ensures that your personal information and health data are not accessible to someone else. In this article, we will walk you through the process of how to unpair an Apple Watch, step by step.

Step 1: Open the Apple Watch App on Your iPhone

First, make sure your iPhone is nearby and connected to the internet. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. This app is essential for managing your Apple Watch and contains the settings needed to unpair it.

Step 2: Navigate to the My Watch Tab

Once the Apple Watch app is open, tap on the “My Watch” tab at the bottom of the screen. This tab contains all the settings and information related to your Apple Watch.

Step 3: Select the Apple Watch
