Step 2: Select the Picture

Once the image is inserted, click on it to select it. You will notice that a set of options appears around the picture. These options allow you to edit the image in various ways.

Step 3: Crop the Picture

If you want to remove unwanted parts of the image, you can crop it. Click on the “Crop” button, which appears as a pair of overlapping rectangles. Drag the corners or edges of the crop box to select the area you want to keep. When you are satisfied with the selection, click “Done.”

Step 4: Resize the Picture

To resize the image, click on the “Resize” button, which looks like a pair of arrows. You can enter specific dimensions in the “Width” and “Height” fields, or use the slider to adjust the size. To maintain the image’s aspect ratio, hold down the “Shift” key while resizing.

Step 5: Add Text to the Picture

If you want to add text to the image, click on the “Text box” button, which appears as a “T” inside a box. Click on the image where you want to add the text, and a text box will appear. Type your text, and you can format it using the toolbar that appears. To move the text box, click and drag it to the desired location.
